Compliance and Violations of the Rules and Regulations
From time to time the MRIS® Rules and Regulations are revised to reflect changes in NAR® policy, real estate regulations or clarifications of the existing Rules and Regulations.
The updates in the current Synopsis of Recent Changes to the Rules and Regulations become effective on April 1, 2008.
All MRIS customers are bound by the MRIS Rules and Regulations. Failure to adhere to the Rules and Regulations may result in fines. Periodically, the Compliance Committee and the MRIS Board of Directors review the fine structure. Based on this review and numerous suggestions from the MRIS membership, the fine structure has been revised as noted in Exhibit B - METROPOLITAN REGIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS, INC., SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES of the Subscription Agreement.
