CIE360 is a tool for owners, brokers and users of Commercial Real Estate in the Middle Atlantic states. It was started by the team of professionals at MRIS, which operates the largest and fastest growing online information system for residential real estate in the United States. Since 1996 Commercial brokers have inquired about MRIS offering more sophisticated solutions for Commercial Real Estate, and CIE360 was created in response to those requests. It has been designed as an “Exchange” meaning that brokers and owners are exchanging information about their properties with other brokers and owners, while maintaining full control of the information that is presented about their properties and their transactions.
The Staff at CIE360 looks forward to working with brokerages within the Middle Atlantic region to offer the benefits of the Exchange to agents throughout the region. As an added benefit, users of CIE360 will have access to properties that are offered through other Exchanges across the nation, enabling agents and owners to better serve their customers who operate across regional and national markets.
