As the user of this software, please read this licensing agreement carefully before you proceed further. You affirm that you agree to this legally binding licensing agreement between you, whether you are an individual or another legal entity, and Metropolitan Regional Information Systems Inc. (MRIS). If you wish, you may choose to stop your installation now and return the software to Metropolitan Regional Information Systems Inc.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
This agreement governs my use of the MRIS Conduit program and related documentation and materials. The laws of the State of Maryland govern this agreement.

I understand that I may use the computer program in its intended manner and for its intended purposes, in executable format only, as long as it is not sold, and all original files are included.

I understand that copyright law and international treaties protect this computer program. Any distribution of this program to an unauthorized user may result in serious civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law.

I understand that this computer program is licensed to me for use for a limited period of time. Metropolitan Regional Information Systems Inc. (MRIS) may withdraw this license at any time.

I understand that I am not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this software. I further understand that this software is accepted by me without any expectation that support of any kind is to be provided by either Metropolitan Regional Information Systems Inc. (MRIS).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATIONS IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO USE, SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH ME.

EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, mris EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMs AND makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied OR STATUTORY, including without limitation any implied or other warranties: (i) OF merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, workmanlike effort, quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, RELIABILITY, title, quiet enjoyment, no encumbrances, no liens, or SYSTEM INTEGRATION; (ii) CONFORMANCE TO ANY DEMONSTRATION OR PROMISE BY MRIS; (iii) ARISING THROUGH COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE, OR (iv) THAT ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR COMPLETELY SECURE. MRIS ALSO MAKES NO WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE USED OR PROVIDED FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SOFTWARE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program should be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.

ANY LIABILITY OF METROPOLITAN REGIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS INC. (MRIS) WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT, $1.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
