MRIS Conduit Update Information

MRIS Conduit 1.1 now supports the ability to search using all supported RETS Search Types. The Search Types that are allowed are dependant on the RETS provider for which the metadata is retrieved. RETS Search Types include:

ActiveAgent - Search against the Agent/Member database table - search for active agents only
Agent - Search against the Agent/Member database table - search for Agents only
History - Retrieve history information from the history table
Office - Retrieve information about the offices
OpenHouse - Search for open houses
Property - Property search for listings
Propect - Retrieve prospect information
Tax - Seach for tax/public records information
Tour - Search for tour information

MRIS Conduit 1.0 Users:
If you are upgrading from version 1.0, you will need to perform a metadata update after upgrading to version 1.1 for the application to properly display search criteria.

Request Files are no longer used, Transaction Files are used in their place. You can convert your existing Request Files to the Transaction File format with MRIS Conduit 1.1. You can do this be selecting 'Convert Request File' from the 'Tools' menu. Please note: the files that you select to convert will be named with a '.trn' extension and your Request Files will not be deleted.
