Keystone Photo Upload |
October 31, 2008 - Important Notice about Photos and Virtual Tours
We are experiencing an unexpected and severe interruption of service by our photo/virtual tour vendor, ZAIO (previously known as VIC). We are in contact with the vendor, and appreciate your patience while we seek further information from ZAIO (VIC) and resolution. We will provide updates as they become available – please check the home screens on Matrix and Keystone for the latest information.
In light of this situation, and until we receive more information from ZAIO (VIC), we advise all MRIS customers to make alternative arrangements for adding exterior main photos and virtual tours which were previously supplied by ZAIO (VIC). All orders for ZAIO (VIC) related services are temporarily suspended.
Fortunately, Keystone Photo Upload (KPU) is an excellent alternative - please read on for more details, including instructions and support.
Please note: If you ordered a photo to be taken through ZAIO and it has yet to appear on Matrix, you should consider taking another picture and uploading it directly into Keystone.
The Photo Option picklist in Keystone is being modified to remove the following options:
If you entered a new listing in the previous eleven days and had selected one of the options above, these options will be switched to "Lister Will Upload All" photos so you may use KPU to add up to 30 images to your listing.
March 4, 2008 - Announcing the release of a major upgrade to Keystone Photo Upload - the KPU Speed Boost!
In October of 2007, MRIS happily announced the arrival of Keystone Photo Upload (KPU). KPU replaced Upshot and introduced free photo uploads to MRIS subscribers - up to 30 photos per listing. Today, we are even happier to announce a speed boost for KPU. Effective March 4, 2008, through the use of Java, we have boosted upload speeds for photos!
