Keystone® |
Keystone is a browser-based data entry program for listings. Using Keystone, listings can be entered or edited from any computer with Internet access. Among its more noteworthy features, Keystone allows you to save a partially completed listing and finish it later. It is not necessary to rush the listing into the system. You can login to Keystone directly from Matrix or MRIS.com by clicking the Keystone link in the top banner, eliminating the need to open a separate application. Keystone can also be accessed directly by pointing your web browser to http://keystone.mris.com.

No software is needed to access Keystone -- only a web browser is needed. Customers can access Keystone from any Windows-based PC (Windows XP or Windows Vista), running Internet Explorer 6 or Internet Explorer 7, and with Internet connectivity.
This great feature allows partially completed listings to be saved for up to 14 days before submitting them to MRIS. If you have to exit your Keystone session prior to completing your new listing, come back later. Keystone's Work Area will display partially completed listings so you may finish editing it and submit it to MRIS.
Copy a Listing
You can copy existing listing information into a new listing, cutting down on data entry time.
This feature automatically fills your listing with public record information, giving you a head start on entering a listing. Keystone also provides the option to autofill listings after listing entry has started.
Inherit or drop photos within the listing.
Keystone provides the option to preview "inherited" photos (photos inserted into the listing from a Public Record autofill, or from a listing copy) within the listing. Photos can be "kept" or "dropped" within the listing as well.
Using Keystone Photo Upload (KPU), upload and manage photos within Keystone.
Through the use of KPU, Keystone provides the option to upload and manage photos. Within Keystone, it is possible to add photos (up to 30), delete photos and set a custom sort order for the display of photos. Using the included photo editor, photos can be cropped and rotated. Optionally, a custom caption and custom description can be added to each photo.
Manage Virtual Tours within Keystone
Keystone provides the option to manage your Virtual Tours. Within Keystone, it is possible to set the order of tours (you determine what Tour will display first within Matrix). It is also possible to delete Virtual Tours. It is still necessary to work directly with the Virtual Tour vendor in order to add tours.
