MRIS has announced that its subsidiary, RealEstate Business Intelligence (RBI), has launched city and subdivision housing statistics for rbiEXPERT customers. With the addition of city and subdivision data, rbiEXPERT customers can now see critical housing market trends for over 600 cities and 7,500 subdivisions. Subdivisions include 4,100 advertised subdivisions, based on what the area is locally known as, and 3,500 legal subdivisions, based on tax records.
