Media Connect Transforms the Photo Upload Process for Customers

MRIS, the leading local real estate data company, today unveils the newest enhancement to the MLS system with Media Connect, a tool to simplify photo uploading for real estate professionals. The MRIS system currently hosts more than 70,000 active real estate listings and over one million photos were added in 2011, which translates to an average daily sales volume of $97 million. To better support agents with listing input, Media Connect boasts intuitive features and 80% faster upload times. In addition to being fast and easy, Media Connect will enable agents to provide their customers with robust package listings and improved home search comparisons.

With the new Media Connect tool, MRIS customers will enjoy the following capabilities:
• Upload photos prior to receiving an MLS number
• Upload up to 30 photos at once using the batch upload system
• Prioritize photos using a drag and drop feature
• Provide photo captions up to 50 characters
• Create picture-to-picture comparisons of listings
