As the Manager of Customer Services, Iris Gripper is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data in the MRIS membership database. Iris serves as a liaison among MRIS and the Real Estate Associations and Boards, keeping everyone up-to-date on new and current customer and membership information. She also forecasts budget requirements and scheduling expenditures, in addition to overseeing the recruitment and training of the Customer Services staff. Iris was employed by Comcast Communications for 17 years prior to joining MRIS. She spent 13 of those years managing Comcast's Data Services Department.

Assistant Controller Greg Hangemanole is responsible for banking, accounts payable, managing the annual financial audit for MRIS and preparing monthly financial statements and the annual budget. Greg has more than 11 years experience in accounting and a Master's degree in Business Finance from James Madison University. Just prior to this position, Greg was the Controller of a nationwide Internet Service Provider.

As IT Operations Manager for MRIS, Garry Marsoubian is in charge of MRIS Windows and Linux environments - more than 200 Windows workstations, and all MRIS Windows and Linux servers - with a concentration on system security and virus protection. In addition to overseeing MRIS's LAN Support Staff, Garry is responsible for hardware, software and security policy implementation and enterprise class hardware procurement. Garry's most recent pet project involved the successful migration of the core listings application (Matrix) to a fully redundant, highly available clustered solution.

Accounting Manager, Leslie Oleynik is responsible for the overall billing process as well as coordinating with Customer Services and the Assistant Controller to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Leslie has more than 10 years of experience as a CPA, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Prior to joining MRIS, Leslie was Division Controller with a publicly held company in Gaithersburg, MD, and was a Director of Business Operations for Thomson Financial.

Mary Jo Powell is the Manager of Communications and Public Relations at MRIS. She is responsible for developing and coordinating internal and external communications policies and procedures. Mary Jo also works closely with Marketing and Customer Support personnel on coordinating advertising and sales promotional materials with public relations objectives. Mary Jo has a background as a college instructor of public speaking and public relations and more than a dozen years' experience in TV and radio news, most recently as afternoon drive anchor at WTOP Radio in Washington, DC.

Jill Reynolds is the Manager of Quality Assurance and Testing and is responsible for providing the test methodology, tools, infrastructure and support that enable project teams to minimize the risk of defects and maximize the quality of company-offered products and services. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining the testing environments and documentation that support the organization's software testing process.

As Manager of Education, Lewis Williams oversees the MRIS department responsible for customer training - from basic MLS applications, such as Matrix and Keystone, to premium products, such as ActiveAgent®. His department creates and implements all MRIS course curriculums, providing three methods of customer training: hands-on classroom instruction, online classes, and self-paced interactive tutorials. Lewis has 10 years of experience in the training industry, graduating with a Bachelor of Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Howard University. Prior to joining MRIS, Lewis most recently served as a Training Account Executive. He began his 14-year career with Xerox Corporation, holding various positions including that of Regional Training Coordinator for the Northeast.

As Manager of Compliance, Michelle Yam is responsible for the systems, policies, and procedures that promote customer compliance with the MRIS Rules and Regulations. Her department is responsible for the auditing and enforcement procedures which ensure adherence to the MRIS Rules and Regulations, as well as monitoring the display of MRIS listing content on the Internet. Prior to joining MRIS, Michelle worked at a local real estate association, administering the MLS policies and serving as liaison to various committees. She has a background in property management and condominium conversions.

As the Manager of Marketing and Customer Relations, Donnet Yatsko is responsible for the sales and promotion of MRIS products and services as well as the education of the MRIS subscribers in the effective use of those products. She develops and maintains on-going communication with MRIS customers through multiple media channels. Donnet also coordinates MRIS's participation in local, regional, and national trade shows and REALTOR® conventions. Donnet worked for Interealty (formerly PRC) for nine years in marketing and training positions. During her tenure with Interealty, she worked with real estate boards across the country to implement their new MLS computer systems. Prior to joining MRIS in 1999, Donnet worked for a large MLS Regional in the Silicon Valley as Marketing Director.
