Iris Gripper, Office Manager

As the Office Manager for MRIS, Iris Gripper is responsible for overseeing all aspects of office support operations to include control of operational office expenses, office supplies and stationary inventory, shipping and receiving, copy equipment/copy services, clerical/administrative services, tenant and vendor relations, security access and facilities support coordination. Iris was employed by Comcast Communications for 17 years prior to joining MRIS. She spent 13 of those years managing Comcast's Data Services Department.

Greg Hangemanole, Assistant Controller

Assistant Controller Greg Hangemanole is responsible for banking, accounts payable, managing the annual financial audit for MRIS and preparing monthly financial statements and the annual budget. Greg has more than 11 years experience in accounting and a Master's degree in Business Finance from James Madison University. Just prior to this position, Greg was the Controller of a nationwide Internet Service Provider.

Carmen Hodges, Customer Support Center Manager

Carmen Hodges is the Manager of the Customer Support Center for MRIS. She joined MRIS in May 2007 with more than 15 years of Call Center Management and Customer Support experience from Citigroup, First Nationwide Mortgage and military club management. Carmen earned her MBA from the American Intercontinental University and her degree in Psychology from Park College. Carmen brings a wealth of experience and insight into call center management, service opportunity enhancement and staff development. Her key responsibilities include overall management and direction of the company's Customer Support Center which includes Helpdesk and Customer Services.

Theresa Magner, Manager of Client Development

As the Manager of Client Development, Theresa Magner is responsible for managing MRIS' sales of premium products, outreach to our Shareholders and customers, and customer training activities.

Theresa brings more than ten years of experience in client service, sales and relationship management, marketing and trade show management. Her most recent experience was Director of Corporate Alliances at American Staffing Association, where she was responsible for high level account management and service of corporate partnership programs. Prior to that, she was responsible for sales and client relations and played an integral role in the implementation of company marketing and sales initiatives. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and a MBA from the University of Maryland.

Leslie Oleynik, Manager of Accounting

Accounting Manager, Leslie Oleynik is responsible for the overall billing process as well as coordinating with the MRIS Support Center and the Assistant Controller to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Leslie has more than 10 years of experience as a CPA, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Prior to joining MRIS, Leslie was Division Controller with a publicly-held company in Gaithersburg, MD, and was a Director of Business Operations for Thomson Financial.

Michelle Yam, Manager of Compliance

As Manager of Compliance, Michelle Yam is responsible for the systems, policies, and procedures that promote customer compliance with the MRIS Rules and Regulations. Her department is responsible for the auditing and enforcement procedures which ensure adherence to the MRIS Rules and Regulations, as well as monitoring the display of MRIS listing content on the Internet. Prior to joining MRIS, Michelle worked at a local real estate association, administering the MLS policies and serving as liaison to various committees. She has a background in property management and condominium conversions.
