David Charron is President and Chief Executive Officer of MRIS. He joined MRIS in January 2001 with an extensive background in real estate, information systems, and Internet business solutions. He is responsible for overseeing all MRIS operations and for ensuring on-going communications with the MRIS Board of Directors and the MRIS Shareholders. David managed organizations that successfully defined, marketed and delivered information systems to Real Estate Professionals from 1980 - 1997. Prior to joining MRIS, David was the President of Net Input, an Internet-based business consulting practice serving Fortune 500 clients in apparel, media, sports and real estate. David currently serves as Chairman of the MRIS Investment Committee, as a Director for the Realtors Federal Credit Union and is a member of the NAR MLS Policy Committee. He has been recognized by Inman News as one of the "most influential people in real estate" as well as one of the "top ten newsmakers" by the Swanepoel Trends Report. He was also selected as "volunteer of the year" for the National Eating Disorders Association which provides education and awareness to individuals and families suffering from eating disorders. MRIS, located in Rockville, Maryland successfully develops, integrates and supports products and services to nearly 50,000 real estate professionals in Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and parts of West Virginia and southern Pennsylvania. |
As Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer for MRIS, Brian Donnellan's key responsibilities include providing operational leadership for all of the company's accounting functions and directing the organization's financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community. Brian most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer with Teaching Strategies, Inc., a media/publishing and technology firm located in the DC Metropolitan area. He earned his BA degree in Administration (Accounting and Information Systems) from the University of Maryland and his MBA in Strategic Management and Public Policy from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Brian is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. |
As MRIS General Counsel, Erik M. Feig is closely involved with advising senior management on many of the issues facing our industry today - information technology, intellectual property and business law. A regular writer and speaker on information technology and strategic business matters, Erik is the Metro Washington, DC Membership Chair of the Computer Law Association and has been a longstanding member of the Copyright Society of the U.S.A. Erik most recently served as an attorney in the Reston, VA offices of law firm DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary US LLP. |
As Chief Information Officer, Michael Belak's key responsibilities include providing technology vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology (IT) initiatives in a constantly changing, competitive marketplace and serving as the key driving force to ensure that MRIS systems and technology continue to lead the industry. As a key member of the executive management team he is also responsible for monitoring and validating the enterprise's compliance with its security policies. Mike most recently held the position of Chief Information Officer with the District of Columbia's Department of Public Works where he managed a diverse team and multiple vendors providing solutions that included IT leadership, call center management, photo enforcement and telecommunications management. He earned his BS degree in Computer Information Science from the Ohio State University, his MBA in Information Systems Management from George Washington University and his Doctorate degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College |
As Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Laura Wolford's key responsibilities include driving all strategic marketing and sales efforts at MRIS, developing the MRIS, HomesDatabase and CURE brand strategy and positioning, increasing the visibility and reputational leadership of MRIS, and developing new revenue streams. Laura is also responsible for the company's media and industry relations, advertising, interactive programs, communications, as well as market and customer research. Prior to joining MRIS, Laura was CEO of Achieva Group, a leading management consulting firm focused on providing marketing, branding and e-business strategy for technology and business service industries. Previously, she held several senior level positions in marketing, branding, business development and communications, notably at GE and Proxicom, where she was fully responsible for leading development of enterprise-wide e-commerce solutions and delivering client relationship management, interactive marketing and customer loyalty initiatives. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Business from George Mason University. |
Monica Goodwyn is the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for MRIS. She joined MRIS in June 2001 with more than 10 years of Human Resources experience in the areas of recruitment and retention, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, employment law and HR data management. Monica has held positions with McGraw-Hill Companies, Aetna U.S. Healthcare and most recently ConvaTec, a Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. Monica's key responsibilities include overall management of the company's Human Resources, Payroll and Office Management/Administrative Services departments. |
Jonathan Hill is the Vice President of Business Development for MRIS. Jonathan oversees the operations of Product Management, Business Analytics and Customer Satisfaction, Data Integration, Research and Development, and CIE360 - MRIS's new Commercial Information Exchange. The Business Development division is responsible for identifying, securing and managing partnerships with outside companies whose products and services contribute to MRIS success. Along with delivery of all customer-facing products, this division also focuses on creating strategic business plans and alliances, coordinating strategies, and executing key business activities in support of MRIS's Vision. Jonathan joined MRIS in January, 1996 and has been active in the real estate industry since 1986. |
Margaret O'Sullivan, Vice President of Project Solutions, is responsible for the organization-wide integration of project management methodologies and terminology, including common processes, templates and best practices. Margaret's division establishes project management policies and guidelines for consistent use throughout MRIS. Previously, Margaret held the position of Director of Management Information Systems with MRIS. In that position she was responsible for directing and coordinating activities relating to the development and support of the systems used by customers and MRIS staff including overseeing the MRIS Support Center. Prior to joining MRIS, Margaret worked as the Director of Computer and Telecommunication Systems for Weichert, REALTORS®. |
As the Director Research and Development, Michael DelGaudio is responsible for MRIS's research initiatives, supervising their conception, development and delivery. Included in those responsibilities is looking forward for new opportunities for MRIS to pursue that will benefit our customers. Prior to joining MRIS in 1995, Mike was a consultant offering technology solutions to real estate professionals. |
As the Director of Marketing, Debbie Freer is responsible for implementing MRIS's comprehensive marketing plans and directing the company's marketing communications function which includes developing and implementing communications programs, collaterals and sales tools and contributing to revenue generation programs and efforts. Her past experience includes leadership positions at Chevy Chase Bank, where she managed marketing for the $15 billion bank's wholesale and retail mortgage lending divisions; prior to that, she had responsibility for all business-to-business, direct-to-consumer and internal marketing activities for the Fieldstone Mortgage Company. Debbie earned her BS degree from the University of Baltimore. |
Porter Glendinning is the Director of Software Development and Support for MRIS. He is responsible for the overall planning, directing and coordinating of development activities for the Company. Porter has over 10 years of experience in Web design and development. His most recent experience was with AOL where he was the Technical Manager for Marketplace Channels. There he managed a team of developers responsible for building and maintaining four channels for the Commerce business area. Porter's experience includes Web-based application interface design and development, Web presence design and strategy, and E-commerce development. |
Jeff Jennings is the Director of Product Management. His management responsibilities include Customer Satisfaction, Business Analytics and Data Integration. Jeff investigates potential new business relationship opportunities for MRIS with various outside companies and vendors to determine how to best meet the needs of MRIS's customers. Jeff has more than eight years' experience in creating, managing and directing Operations and Business Development activities in the real estate information services industry. He spent 20 years working for PRC Realty Systems/Interealty in a variety of capacities. He worked on public record system installations, proposal development, pricing strategies and sales support activities. He also served as Director of Internet Content for Interealty's PropertyChannel and was responsible for the Web site content of this consumer portal. Jeff has also worked for Homes.com and Inciscent Wireless and has been an independent consultant to various real estate organizations. |
Garry Marsoubian, Director of IT Operations and Security is responsible for technology and security initiatives for both customer- and staff-facing computing infrastructures. Garry oversees all Intel and Microsoft computing environments for the MRIS enterprise including the flagship listings system of Matrix and the strong authentication platform. Staff communication and collaboration solutions are also a part of Garry's responsibilities. Security Awareness, policy generation, acceptable usage guidelines, malware protection and Payment Card Industry Compliance (PCI) are a few of the areas Garry oversees in security. All environments above are tightly maintained to assure confidentiality, integrity and availability. Garry also ensures MRIS maintains licensing compliance for the numerous applications deployed internally and for customer use. |

Joe Shaw is the Data Center Director for MRIS. He is responsible for the 24x7 operation of the LAN, WAN and multiple MRIS server platforms. He routinely interacts with data processing managers to determine the impact of proposed hardware and software changes and their effect on MRIS customers. He works with third-party vendors to ensure optimal computer and telecommunication operations. Prior to joining MRIS, Joe was the Data Center Director for the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS® in Rockville, MD. |
Diane Smith, Director of CURE Services, is responsible for the overall management of deployment and support activities for Cornerstone Universal RETS Exchange (CURE). As a PMI Certified Project Management Professional, Diane is also responsible for creation and implementation of repeatable processes and guidelines to ensure successful deployment of the CURE solution. In her previous position at MRIS, Diane managed the implementation of the real estate industry's first 100% RETS-enabled MLS System. Prior to joining MRIS, Diane built a career in Information Technology project management and in her last position she managed Internet Business Solution projects at America On-Line. |
