Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. ("MRIS") or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not send or provide any original creative artwork, suggestions or other works to any MRIS office, email address, Web address, employee or other MRIS representative. The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when MRIS' products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to MRIS. So, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to MRIS or anyone at MRIS. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still send them, then regardless of what your submission says, the following terms shall apply to your idea submission.

By making such a submission, you assign, and agree to assign to MRIS, free of charge and without the requirement of any further action, all worldwide rights, title and interest in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the information and/or materials you submit. MRIS will be entitled to freely use and/or disclose, any information and/or materials you submit and any ideas, inventions, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any such information and/or materials, for any purpose whatsoever, included but not limited to developing, producing and marketing products using such information or materials without restriction and without compensating you in any way.

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. MRIS shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
