To become an MRIS Customer, you must first be affiliated with an Active MRIS Broker. Subscription Agreements are available on the corporate MRIS® Web site, wwww.mris.com for Agents, Personal Assistants and Office Secretaries. Brokers or Office Managers can print them for their new employees/agents - this is usually faster than mailing. However, if a Broker or Manager prefers, MRIS will mail a Subscription Agreement to the new customer. Once the Application has been completed and returned to MRIS via fax or mail, processing time is approximately 2 to 3 business days. MRIS sends a letter to the customer's home informing them of important information regarding their subscription, e.g. Billing Date, Subscription Type and Original Training Date. |

MRIS fees vary according to membership status with one of our Shareholder Boards/Associations of REALTORS. If a customer is a member of a Shareholder Board/Association, they are charged the MRIS Shareholder rate ($165 quarterly). If the customer does not belong to a Shareholder Board/Association they are charged the basic rate ($258.00 quarterly). All customers, except Personal Assistants and Office Secretaries/Administrative Assistants, pay a one-time Subscription Fee of $295.00.

Personal Assistants and Office Secretaries are encouraged to join the MRIS system. When they join, they can use the system, take training classes, take advantage of the help provided by the MRIS Support Center, sign up for free Internet Access and Email and the list goes on. They will have all the privileges as their agents except the ability for their names to appear on Property Listings. |
