How to Join MRIS
To become an MRIS Customer, you must first be affiliated with an Active MRIS Broker.
Subscription Agreements
are available for Agents, Personal Assistants and Office Secretaries. You, your Broker or Office
Manager can print them - this is usually faster than mailing. However, if You, the Broker or Manager prefers, MRIS
will mail a Subscription Agreement to you. Once the Application has been completed and returned to MRIS (via fax
or mail), processing time is approximately 3 to 5 business days.
You are then notified of your training date via fax to your office. MRIS also sends a letter to your home
informing you of important information regarding your subscription (e.g. Billing Date, Subscription Type,
and Original Training Date).
The Customer Services Department is committed to providing excellent Customer Service to all current and
future MRIS Customers. Our courteous staff is here Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm to answer
inquires, register customers for training classes, process new applications and customer transfers, as
well as cancellation of MRIS service. Please feel free to use the Customer Services Department as your
first contact to MRIS, we look forward to assisting you.
