Join: Associate Brokers & Agents
New Customers
Follow the instructions below to join if you have never been an MRIS customer including Agents and Associate Brokers. New applications are automatically submitted to the Broker/Authorized Signers of offices for approval.
Step 1: Download and review the MRIS Subscription Agreement and familiarize yourself with the MRIS Rules and Regulations.
Step 2: Please have your Real Estate License information; a current, accessible email address and the MRIS Broker Code of your office ready to use in the application process. To be eligible the reduced Shareholder quarterly rate, you must have a NRDS ID from your local Shareholding Boards or NAR. In order to activate your subscription, you will need to pay by debit or credit card. If you need help through the process, use our Quick Reference Guide.
Step 3: If you have the items listed in Step 2 above, click here to begin the subscription process: Subscribe to MRIS
Once successful payment is completed, you will receive a receipt of the payment, Welcome Letter with your MRIS User ID, and another Welcome Letter with your SAFEMLS® PIN and password. These emails will be sent to the email address you provided in the application process.

Returning Customers
All previous MRIS customers must complete the following steps to rejoin MRIS. Reinstatement applications are automatically submitted to the Broker/Authorized Signers of offices for approval.
Step 1: Download and review the MRIS Subscription Agreement and familiarize yourself with the MRIS Rules and Regulations.
Step 2: Please have your Real Estate License information; a current, accessible email address and the MRIS Broker Code of your office ready to use in the application process. Once successful payment is completed, you will receive a receipt of the payment to the email address you provided in the application process. Your MRIS account will automatically be activated. Use your MRIS User ID and credentials to log into MRIS systems. If you do not remember your credentials, use the Forgot my password link on the login page. The system will send you new credentials once you have successfully answered the security questions.
