Keystone is a tool created to make it easy for MRIS customers to enter, view, and edit listings. Make your listings shine by adding multiple images using Media Connect and virtual tours! Manage your open houses, add documents to a listing, and syndicate with participating websites. Then, maximize your exposure in Matrix to get the attention your listings deserve!

Media Connect Terms of Use
READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY, AS THESE TERMS ARE LEGALLY BINDING.
BY SUBMITTING AN IMAGE TO THE MRIS SERVICE YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND THAT YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THEM. FAILURE TO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS BARS YOU FROM SUBMITTING IMAGES TO THE MRIS SERVICE. THESE TERMS OF USE SUPERSEDE ANY PREVIOUS (e.g., UPSHOT) TERMS OF USE RELATED TO IMAGES AND IMAGE UPLOAD, AND ARE SUPPLEMENTAL TO ANY OTHER TERMS OF USE AND AGREEMENTS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE MRIS SERVICE GENERALLY.
Photo albums are uploaded on a per listing number (ML#) basis and are not transferable to another listing. By submitting an image or picture (each, a “Photograph”), you hereby grant and irrevocably assign to MRIS, from the moment of creation and fixation in tangible media, an undivided one-half joint ownership interest in and to the copyrights in each Photograph submitted, and retain, for yourself, an undivided one-half joint ownership interest in and to each such Photograph such that you and MRIS each own jointly thereby an undivided one-half interest in and to the applicable copyrights. As part of this granting of joint ownership rights, You consent to MRIS registering copyrights in the Photograph(s) in its own name, grant to MRIS the right to sue third parties for infringements, and consent to MRIS using copyright management information in connection with administering use of the Photographs. Except as may be provided otherwise in this Agreement, neither You nor MRIS will have any obligation to the other to share in net profits from any such jointly owned works.
By submitting the Photograph(s), You warrant that each Photograph is your sole property, that no third party owns the image or any rights in or to the image (or any rights that, to your knowledge would undermine the rights granted above), and that you are not submitting materials for which you do not have the rights necessary to grant the rights described above.
MRIS reserves the right to accept or decline any image submission and may, at its own discretion, remove any image from its systems for any reason it deems to be appropriate. Inappropriate information includes, for example, images containing broker or agent name/contact information, web site addresses, personal property, and obscene or profane material.
