ActiveAgent Professional gives you more design options, personalization and marketing tools – without requiring any more technical skills! You can add team members, customize flyers, track site traffic and more. These enhanced features make it simple:
- Select the domain name that you want to use for your ActiveAgent Professional website.
- Choose a layout, color and background.
- Enter your content or frame other websites within your ActiveAgent Professional website.
- Customize the color, font, size and format of your text, and add background colors, hyperlinks and images with an easy-to-use text editor. No knowledge of HTML needed.

Easily create up to six email aliases that match the domain of your ActiveAgent Professional website.
A simple Get Started Tour will automatically guide you through selecting your domain name, entering your personal information and using the Style Manager to set up your website. Once you’ve completed this simple setup, you can depend on automated e-mails branded with your name and contact information to update your buyers when appropriate new properties enter the market.
No more phone tag! Clients will appreciate getting emails with links to the exact types of properties that meet their criteria. Plus, they’ll be reminded that you’re working hard to help them find their dream home.

Choose from more than 50 website layouts, many with an updated look and full screen coverage. Agents can change the design of the site as well as re-order the menu items on all the layouts.
Updated Style Manager
Select from seven categories of layouts that showcase different elements. Use the new Preview to review your choices.
Updated Page Manager
Add unlimited custom pages through the Control Panel. Change menu names and page positions with Dynamic Menus.
Site Statistics
Track the amount of traffic on your ActiveAgent Professional site, including visits per day, visits per month, average length of visit, and number of pages viewed per visit. You can also track how visitors came to your site - search engines, and what the most viewed pages on your site are.
Flyers
Customize the flyer that website visitors can print for listings found on your site – you now have 17 flyer options from which to choose, some offering photos!
Image Library
Create your own image directory and upload your own agent photo and decorative images.
Add Team Members
Your ActiveAgent Pro control panel lets you add an unlimited number of team members to your website. You can even use one of your team member’s listings as the Showcase Listing on the website. An additional $10 per added agent per month will be billed to the agent who originally signed up for the ActiveAgent Professional site.

Showcase properties with an individual Web page for each active listing.
AdTracker
Know where to invest your ad dollars with this tool that charts a record of responses to a specific advertisement.
Control Panel
Fast, easy setup and revision options put you in complete control of the information that is on your ActiveAgent Professional site.
Property Wizard
This feature gives homebuyers the ability to create and save searches specific to their needs and automatically e-mails them listings, from the agent’s email address, that match their selected criteria.
Interactive Map Search
Homebuyers can search by jumping to a state, county or zip code or by simply panning and zooming the map. Search results are plotted in the map, which features Google Maps and offers Satellite, Terrain and Hybrid views.
Personalization
Upload your own agent photo, company logo, and banner image.
PDF Documents
Upload PDF documents to your website and make it easy for clients to download flyers for listings and open houses, disclosures, listing agreements, floor plans, etc.

Payment Schedule – First year: payment of $780 plus $199 activation fee for a total of $979 collected in total at the beginning of the subscription OR monthly billing of $264 (activation fee and first monthly fee) at the start of the subscription. Renewal cost: annual renewal is automatic (either annual payment of $780 or monthly fee of $65 shall be assessed unless either party terminates ActiveAgent® Professional). Reinstatement of terminated accounts will be at the rate of annual payment of $780 or monthly payment of $65 PLUS the setup fee of $199. Applicable District of Columbia sales tax will be collected from MRIS subscribers with a District of Columbia mailing address.
