The Home Pricing Wizard (“HPW”) is a website and program owned by Assured Equity Partners (“AEP”) and provides access to a comparative market analysis (“CMA”) program for real estate agents, builders and vendors.

This agreement is between you, the user of the HPW site, and AEP. Please read carefully before accessing or using this site. By accessing or using the HPW site you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE. Account Security
You agree that you, and not AEP or HPW, are solely responsible for your own security in using this site, and for selecting and implementing any precautions you deem to be appropriate for your situation and intended use of this site. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I sign up to use the Home Pricing Wizard?

-Click on the "Buy Now" button at the top of this page. Fill in all of the fields in bold to create an account. The Home Pricing Wizard is $24.95 for 30 days for active MRIS customers or $249.95 for 12 months.

My property search finds too many properties?

-You must enter the period of time that you wish to search for properties in the "Date Closed" field and the "Date Off Market" field. For example, 120+ for the last 120 days.

Why do I not see any properties in my search results when they were there before?

-You need to check the boxes on the left side on the available properties that you wish to add to your search or check the top left box next to the word Status to select all.

What if not enough properties are available?

-Narrow your search criteria.

What if too many properties are available?

-Broaden your search criteria.

What if there are no values displayed in either the square footage or tax assessed value fields?

-Click on the edit property button on the right side and enter it manually.

If one of the three columns on the CMA Summary page is significantly different from the other two what should I do?

-Use the field that says "weight." This will alter the percentages used to calculate the average price. Click on the Get Average field to recalculate.

What values do I put in the sales price fields?

-This field where you input the value that you think the property is worth based upon your professional opinion.
