"MLS Listing Consumer Websites - Five keys to a successful consumer-facing website" Released by MRIS and Local Matters - 12/10/2009 It's a topic of conversation around real estate board and MLS directors' meetings: Should we use the listings information in our own databases to create an internet portal for the home-buying public? Such a website would allow the home-buying public to browse information on all the listings in their area - without influence by a particular real estate agent, brokerage, builder or sponsor. |

November MRIS Market Statistics Released December 10 - 12/10/2009 MRIS releases its Trend Indicator reports monthly, and can be found under Reports & Statistics on the MRIS website on the 10th of each month. The Real Estate Trend Indicator report is a detailed snapshot of the activity within a jurisdiction for a given month's time period. The report provides statistical information on home sales, days on market, types of financing, active inventory, and new contracts. It can be sorted by two price ranges for the Real Estate Trend Indicator (RETI) and by location within the MRIS service region. |
