“CARETS: What have we learned so far?” tells the story of a successful collaboration among five* Southern California multiple listing services (MLSs) with the goal to solve a long-existing problem that gets in the way of business. CARETS (California Real Estate Technology Services Inc.) addressed this problem – dysfunctional overlapping markets – by establishing a data-sharing arrangement powered by CURE Solutions Group LLC, a subsidiary of MRIS.

 

“CARETS: What have we learned so far?” spends equal time explaining the challenges and opportunities of a data-sharing collaboration as it does presenting CURE as the technology behind the solution.
