Do You Use the Listing Compliance Report?

Listings that are not correct reduce the quality, effectiveness and accuracy of the MLS. To help you keep up with the listings for which you are responsible, MRIS offers a handy tool that can run a quick check on the status of all of your listings. The Listing Compliance Report can be found on the Compliance section of the MRIS website. This report runs a test on the four areas that are most frequently found to have errors or omissions in the listings. All you need to do is enter your MRIS number, check off the appropriate options, and click the “Check Listings” button. Run this report regularly, to keep all of your listings in compliance with MRIS Rules & Regulations, and to avoid possible fines.
