Web Settlement Xpress is provided by MRIS at no charge as a customer benefit. It is a web-based financial application designed for real estate agents. It enables agents to quickly and easily qualify buyers and prepare tailored, understandable estimated settlement sheets for both buyers and sellers. Web Settlement Xpress not only allows you to print professional-quality PDF reports, but now you can email them to your clients as well!

Use Web Settlement Xpress by logging into the MRIS website, clicking on Products and Services -> MRIS Products -> Web Settlement Xpress.  Look near the bottom of the page for the link to Web Settlement Xpress. Be sure to bookmark the link for easy reference! Also available are Quick Reference and Cross Reference Guides to help you get the most of this valuable tool.
