October MRIS Market Statistics Released November 10 - 11/09/2009 MRIS releases its Trend Indicator reports monthly, and can be found under Reports & Statistics on the MRIS website on the 10th of each month. The Real Estate Trend Indicator report is a detailed snapshot of the activity within a jurisdiction for a given month's time period. The report provides statistical information on home sales, days on market, types of financing, active inventory, and new contracts. It can be sorted by two price ranges for the Real Estate Trend Indicator (RETI) and by location within the MRIS service region. |
